BIOLA BOB IS LATE FOR CLASS
& VIDEO YEARBOOK (1990)
Tom Nash, my film and television professor at Biola, asked me to produce the first ever Biola Video Yearbook. I thought it would be fun to start the video on a humorous note - so I made a short film based on the school's long-running joke, Biola Bob (no relation to yours truly). The inside joke about Biola Bob is that he is a stereotypical nerd who is always being chased by Biola Betty (also a nerd) who wants a date. However, I wanted to do something a little different with the Biola Bob character, so this is what I came up with.
The short plays right into the first segment of the video yearbook. The yearbook contains 6 separate segments for a total length of about 30 minutes. This clip, with the Biola Bob segemnt, is 9 minutes long. Enjoy!
